About Us

Caring for You

Reaching People at the Heart Level, Before, During, and After the Funeral.

When faced with a loss, most people require additional support and sympathy in dealing with their grief. For this reason, we are always available to assist and counsel any family member who needs help in coping with bereavement.

Our caring for you extends far beyond the funeral service itself. We maintain close referral relationships with local grief counselors, support groups and mental health professionals.

Families coping with a loss will receive continuing care books throughout the first year after a loss.

From the first call received at our Funeral Home, to the final disposition, our goal is to help you by walking alongside you through your Journey of Grief. Our staff are there for you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year.

Our trained staff will take care of your aftercare needs, by assisting you with your Canada Pension Plan Death Benefit, Survivor's Benefit, Federal Government Superannuation, and other benefits.

We offer this specialized service to you and your family, at no extra charge, because we want to be there for you, anyway we can.

Here at O'Dacre Family Funeral Home Ltd.; we believe that your trust in us must be earned, and we will work with integrity to earn it.
